Todd M Johnson has over thirty-five years of success in the courtroom, in addition to business counseling and services, practicing in Seattle, Atlanta, Washington, D.C. and Minneapolis. His practice has ranged from complex tort and business litigation to individual employment and discrimination matters. He currently concentrates on commercial and employment litigation and counseling, business services, and complex personal injury trial work - including wrongful death and toxic tort litigation.
Todd has practiced as a member of the Minnesota State Bar, the Washington State bar, and the Federal District Courts of Minnesota and Washington. He has represented clients in courts in Minnesota, Illinois, Virginia, Florida, New York, Washington, California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Indiana, Georgia, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, Delaware, and Wisconsin.
Todd was voted a “Minnesota Super Lawyer” in 2003.
Todd M. Johnson is a graduate of Princeton University, an honors graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, he worked with Amnesty International on Human Rights issues, including preparation of instruments adopted by the United Nations Committee on Human Rights and Minorities.
He was also a diplomat with the United States Foreign Service from 1984 - 1986, serving in Hong Kong and training in Mandarin Chinese.
He served for two years as an Adjunct Professor of International Law at William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell-Hamline Law School).
